- In keeping with government regulations, all guests will be required to supply contact tracing details before dining with us.
- Restaurant capacity has been reduced to ensure a minimum of 1 metre between each guest table.
- All guests will be served by a single server.
- Tables, chairs and shared surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned between customers.
- Staff will regularly disinfect surfaces, frequently wash and sanitize hands, and meet physical distancing requirements.
- Sabroso will not have sick people in the workplace.
